Glen,

I'm a little unclear on this. Are the candidates saying that (if they are elected President) they will use Executive Order to issue an entirely new CWVM or will they re-issue the American Defense Defense Medal (1939-1941) by extending the period of eligibility to include the Cold War period (1945-1991). I'm OK with either venue, but just want some clarification as to what precisely the candidates are promising.
